Role 1: IT Decommission & Installation (Short-Term Project)

Start Date: 4th of June 2026

Duration: 1 Week

Location: Canberra City

We are seeking hands-on IT professionals to assist with a rapid decommission and installation project. This is a high-impact, fast-paced week of work perfect for those between contracts or looking to pick up extra hours.

• The Work: Decommissioning legacy hardware and installing new IT equipment.
• Requirement: You must hold a minimum Baseline Security Clearance.
• The Vibe: Fast-moving, physical, and highly organised.

Role 2: Digitisation Officers (Expression of Interest)

Duration: Ongoing (Casual/Temporary)

Location: Hume and Mitchell, ACT

We are building a talent pool for upcoming projects focused on high-level document preservation and digital conversion. This is an Expression of Interest - we want to connect with the right people now so you're first in line when the project kicks off.

The Role & Responsibilities:

• Accurately review contents of files and enter key details into CRM ensuring they match.
• Assessing physical condition of files and record a rating (i.e. staples, clips, damage)
• Checking, creating and scanning batches of documents.
• Uploading scanned files into internal digitisation systems.
• Quality assurance and ensuring each document meets required guidelines and quality procedures.

Key Requirements:

• Mandatory: Valid Baseline Security Clearance.
• Strong computing skills and high typing accuracy.
• Demonstrated confidence in your ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Able to work towards targets and deadlines, meeting or exceeding expectations.
